How To Use:
Shake well to mix the emulsion and water layers into a milky emulsion. After shaking, soak a cotton pad with makeup remover. Gently wipe the eye and lip area. For stubborn waterproof makeup, leave the cotton pad on the eyelids or lips for a few seconds and then pull gently to remove.
